Description
This package is for 8 x 60 minute sessions, 2 sessions weekly, for the VIPuppy program (dogs under 5 months of age)! Email support between lessons is included. Learn the VITAL skills to teach your puppy, rather than what’s considered “traditional.” Once payment and intake are received, you will be contacted via email with an intake form scheduling link to get started. Package must be completed within 45 days of purchase or unused lessons will be forfeited without a refund.

Fired Up! Dog Training (Fired Up) may terminate services at any time for the following reasons:
- Failure to comply with force-free training methods, in accordance with the Pet Professional Guild standard, “No choke, shock, prong, pain, force, fear, intimidation, or coercion.”
- Failure to comply with and follow training and safety management instructions by Fired Up
- Animal abuse or neglect
- Abusive language, actions, or gestures against Fired Up and its representatives
- Defamation of character against Fired Up and its representatives
I give permission to Fired Up! Dog Training and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish and broadcast my and/or my dog’s photograph(s), likeness and voice, including via video, for trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Fired Up! Dog Training and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photograph(s), video(s), likeness and voice.
Fired Up! Dog Training and its representatives (Fired Up) will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, to the extent that Fired Up is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Fired Up will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of insurance. I have been told by Fired Up and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Fired Up of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog. I agree to use only force-free methods and equipment as instructed by Fired Up, and understand that failure to do so will result in termination of services immediately without refund. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. I understand that while email correspondence between lessons is included, that I will allow 24 hours for a response and that some issues cannot be resolved via email and will require a lesson to address. I understand that due to the scheduling and preparation required prior to and after first lesson, this service is NOT eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
